Banana and kiwi smoothie

Serve a healthy and refreshing smoothie for a breakfast. This fruit cocktail contains a lot of vitamins and helps to feel energetic all day long. In addition it is noncaloric, so if you go in for sports and want to drink something tasty and useful, this smoothie is the thing you need.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 glass of pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 ice cubes

Cooking

Peel a banana and a kiwi. Cut the fruits into medium chunks and place them in a blender. Add pineapple juice and sugar. Whip the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the prepared smoothie in glasses. Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
