Banana blueberry smoothie with cornflakes

Cook with us a tasty and useful cocktail. The chill smoothie can quench your thirst on a hot day. This lilac cocktail which is full of vitamins will perk up your mood for the whole day. Above all the smoothie is low-calorie and very easy to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp cornflakes
  • 300 ml plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup blueberry (fresh/ frozen)

Cooking

Peel a banana, cut it into chunks and transfer to a blender. Add washed blueberries. Pour above yoghurt, milk and honey. Whip the mixture in the blender until smooth. Pour the cocktail in glasses. Add some ice cubes and top with cornflakes. Serve the fruit smoothie at once.
