Banana caramel cakes

  • 125 g of flour
  • 125 g of dairy butter
  • 125 g of caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar

  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 30 g of dairy butter

Press banana with a fork. Add eggs and whip the mass with the help of a mixer. Then add caster sugar, softened dairy butter, vanilla sugar and flour. You can also add handful of dried cranberries or nuts. Knead the pastry. Place it in the forms for cakes. You may get about 10 cakes. Bake them for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Pour 6 tbsp of water in a pan and add sugar. Boil over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and gets caramel color. Then place the pan in a basin with cold water. Cool the caramel a little. Add dairy butter and mix until it dissolves.

Pour cakes with the caramel and decorate them with banana slices before serving.

Enjoy your meal!
