Bean soup


This soup with beans, potato, and carrot is really worth your attention. Nourishing, flavorful, and healthy, it will become one of your favorite ones.


  • 1/2 glass of beans
  • 40 g (0,09 lb) dairy butter
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 6 potatoes
  • 150 g (0,33 lb) meat – to taste
  • fresh parsley – to taste
  • fresh dill – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Soak beans in a water for a night. Then peel them. Boil the beans in a little pan.

Peel a bulb onion and a carrot. Chop the ingredients and then fry them with dairy butter. After add tomato paste and stir everything.

Bring water to boil in a pan, add meat there and boil it. Next place peeled and diced potato in the pan. Then add beans together with the broth. Salt the soup. When the potato is cooked, add fried onion and carrot. Chop dill and parsley, place them in boiling water and cook for half a minute. Then add the potherbs to the pan. Boil the bean soup. Then cool it a little, pour in the plates and serve.
