Beans and tuna salad

The tuna is useful because it is reach in the polyunsaturated fatty acids which are considered to be vital for the heat performance and cerebration. But the above-mentioned facts are not the only factors of importance. The tuna has a high content of protein, amino acids, vitamin B3, ferrum, magnesium and many other chemical elements which make this kind of the fish a universal product. The tuna even can substitute the meat at ease. Once you cook this tuna, beans, and lemon salad, it will become one of your favorite ones.


  • 200 g canned white  beans
  • 100 g canned tuna in oil
  • 1 red bulb onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste


Pour out the liquid from the can with beans. Wash the beans and place them in a big bowl.
Open the can with tuna and pour out the oil. Cut the fish into medium pieces and add it to the beans. Peel bulb onion and cut it. Add the onion to the salad.

Squeeze the lemon. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and serve the salad.
