Berry soufflé


  • 250 g of strawberries / raspberries
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 6 whites


Grind berries through the sieve. Powder them with sugar and then whip with 2 whites. Whip 4 whites with sugar separately. Combine them with cooked mass. Grease the baking tray with dairy butter. Pour the mass there and bake it at 180°C for 30 minutes. When the mass rise – it is ready.
