Cabbage thick pancakes



(for one portion)

  • 200 g of cabbage
  • 1/2 of egg
  • 1 tsp of dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1/4 glass of milk


Wash cabbage, chop it and stew with milk until it becomes soft. Then mince stewed cabbage, salt it and mix with raw egg and dried breadcrumbs. Heat dairy butter on the frying pan and pour the mass in the form of thick pancakes there.

Serve thick pancakes with sour cream.
