Ingredients:
- 800 g radish
- 1cup of sour milk
- black ground pepper – to taste
- parsley – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Wash, peel and grate radishes coarsely. Salt and pepper the mass. Dress the salad with sour milk. Mix everything properly. Rinse and chop parsley. Top the salad with chopped parsley.
