Ingredients:

  • 500 g of fresh cherries
  • 1 сup of sugar
  • 0.5 glass of sour cream
  • 0.5 glass of wheat flour
  • 7 cups of water

Cooking

Wash cherries, remove the stones. Place cherries in a pan, pour them with water and boil until they become overcooked. Then grate cherries through a sieve. Mix slightly dried flour with sugar and add it to the cherry mass. Stir everything and boil thoroughly. Then add sour cream. Serve the dish when it is piping hot.
