Chicken, Pepper, Champignon, and Cucumber Salad

The salad has a healthy sour cream dressing. The ingredient combination of the salad gives it juiciness and some special zest. We will need such components as smoked chicken breast, pickled cucumbers, marinated champignons, bell peppers, and onion.


  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 smoked chicken breast
  • 150 g (5 oz) pickled cucumbers
  • 200 g (7 oz) marinated champignons
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • sour cream – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Cut smoked chicken breast into long, thin slices. Wash bell peppers, remove seeds and slice the vegetables. Slice pickled cucumbers and marinated champignons. Peel a bulb onion and cut it into semi-circles. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Stir everything and dress the salad with sour cream.
