Cake “Eva”


This amazing chocolate cake with walnuts and almonds is really worth trying. Such a delicious dessert amazes everybody who tries it.



  • 180 g (6 oz) sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 g (2 oz) walnut kernels
  • 90 g (2 oz) almond
  • 60 g (2 oz) chocolate


  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g (7 oz) sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g (7 oz) dairy butter
  • 600 g (21 oz) chocolate
  • vanilla - to taste


For this cake we need to cook two kinds of dough.

1. Combine 90 g of sugar and 3 yolks. Whip the mass. Add heated chocolate, ground walnuts and mix everything thoroughly.

2. Whip the mixture of 90 g of sugar and 3 yolks. Add peeled and ground almond. Mix the ingredients carefully.

Place the prepared dough in a baking sheet greased with butter and topped with flour. Bake the crusts in an oven over medium heat. Then cool them and cut each crust in half.


Combine 3 eggs, 200 g sugar, 200 g of milk and vanilla. Mix the ingredients and boil them until you get a thick mass. When the cream cools, whip it with 200 g of dairy butter. Divide the mass into two parts. Combine one part with heated chocolate.

Place the chocolate pie shell on a cake plate. Grease it with half of the chocolate cream. Add the ground almond and half of the vanilla cream above. Place the other crusts and the left cream in the same order. Decorate the cake with ground chocolate and ground almond.
