Chocolate Ice-cream Dessert for St. Valentine’s Day

Love is in the air. Looking ahead, St. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. This is the time of the year to show your love and care.  I have a sweet idea how to make this occasion romantic and special.

Cook this luscious dessert and watch how the eyes of your soul mate will shine.

This dessert is shaped in the form of a heart and is decorated with red berries. It has a rich flavor and amazing taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp liqueur
  • 1 package of gelatin
  • 250 ml cream (20%)
  • 150 g (5 oz) chocolate
  • red currant – to taste
  • vanilla – to taste

Cooking

Grate chocolate. Soak gelatin in water. Combine cream with vanilla and whip the ingredients.

Dissolve gelatin in liqueur. Add the cream and chocolate. Stir everything thoroughly.

Place the prepared mass in a serving bowl. Put the bowl in a fridge for 4 hours. Stir the mass every 30 minutes. Decorate the dessert with red currants and whipped cream before serving.
