Cookies ‘Nuts’

This dessert is the perfect combination of crackers and condensed milk. Walnuts add a satisfying crunch and distinctive flavor to these cookies.  Bet you can’t eat just one.

Your children will pop these cookies into their mouths as fast as you make them. You will not even notice how these wonderful cookies will be eaten and your kids will beg for more.

One more advantage of this dessert is that you can make it ahead of time and serve when your guests come.


  • 350-400 g (12 – 14 oz) flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp leaven
  • 180 g (6 oz) sugar
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) walnuts
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 180 g (6 oz) dairy butter
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) sour cream
  • vegetable oil – for greasing


Combine eggs with sugar and whip the mass. Add melted dairy butter, sour cream, and leaven. Mix everything carefully. Then add flour gradually. Stir the ingredients until you get the elastic and soft dough.

Preheat the baking form. Grease it with vegetable oil and put the dough there. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes.

Let the cookies cool. Cut the edges of the cookies with the help of a knife to give them the form of nut halves.

Peel walnuts and cut them finely. Add condensed milk. Mix everything carefully. Stuff the halves of the nuts with the prepared filling and join them. Repeat the procedure until you use all the ingredients.
