Crab cutlets with carrot and marrows


  • 250 g crab meat
  • 1 marrow
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp starch
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • parsley
  • spring onion


Cut crab meat finely. Grate marrows on a large grater, squeeze water and add salt. Grate carrot. Mix all the ingredients properly. Shape the mass in the form of cutlets and fry them. You can roll the cutlets in the dried breadcrumbs.
