Crabmeat sticks salad


  • 200 g of crabmeat sticks
  • 6 eggs
  • 180 g of chicken fillet
  • 1 cup of tinned sweet corn
  • 100 g of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • parsley, dill - to taste


Hard boil eggs. Cool and peel them. Separate whites from yolks. Cut the whites finely. Grate the yolks and combine them with mayonnaise.

Boil chicken fillet in salty water, cool and slice it. Then cube crabmeat sticks. Wash spring onion and chop it finely. Then salt it and mix with sour cream. Wash tomatoes, cut off the pedicles and slice them thinly. Add sweet corn.

Combine all the prepared ingredients together, salt and mix them. Decorate the salad with parsley and dill.

Tip! You can substitute chicken with veal or turkey.
