Cranberry-apple compote



  • 500 g of fresh apples
  • 0.75 glass of cranberries
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 2-3 glasses of water


Wash cranberries. Place them in a pan and squeeze juice out of cranberries. Pour pressed skins with water, boil them and filter the broth.

Wash, peel and cube apples. Add sugar to the broth, boil it. Then add apples, boil the broth again. Mix it with juice and cool.
