Cream jelly


  • 6 glasses of cream
  • 25 g of gelatin
  • 1.5 cup of water
  • 0.3 of vanilla stick
  • 5 tbsp of sugar
  • 25 g of almonds


Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Add sugar, ground vanilla stick, and rubbed almonds. Mix the ingredients and bring the mass to boil.

Boil the cream, cool it a little, add sugar and the prepared gelatin. Mix everything until the the mass thickens. Pour the prepared cream jelly in a dessert bowl and put the bowls in a cold place to let the dessert set.
