- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g (7 oz) cream
- 50 g (4 tbsp) sugar
- 2 whites of the egg
- 250 g (1/2 lb) grapes
- 50 g (4 tbsp) vanilla ice cream
- 100-150 g (3,5 – 5 oz) powdered sugar
Rinse grapes and cut them in half. Remove seeds if necessary. Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients and place them in a pan. Preheat the mass and cook it until the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside for a while.
Refrigerate whites of the egg and then whip them with 120 g (4 oz) of powdered sugar. Place the prepare meringue on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake it in an oven until done.
Whip cream with the remaining powdered sugar. Mix it with half of the grape mass carefully.
Arrange the dessert in glass tumblers in layers. Firstly put the meringue, then the cream and the grape mass. Cover the sweet course with vanilla ice cream. Top everything with some grapes.
