Crunchy biscuits with cracklings


  • 400 g of cracklings
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 2 glasses of wheat flour
  • 1 tsp of soda
  • 1 tsp of caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp of salt


Cut cooked cracklings finely. Add yolks, salt, soda, and flour. Knead stiff dough. Roll it. The breadth of the layer should be 0.5 cm. Cut off round cookies. Grease them with white of an egg and powder with caraway seeds. Bake in the oven over medium heat for 15-30 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
