Cook with us fried new potatoes with parsley and meat aftertaste. The dish is easy to prepare even for those who don’t have much experience in cooking. It is also a good variant to serve for dinner when you don’t have much time.
- 500 g new potato
- 50 g dairy butter
- 100 g meat juice
- parsley – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cut potatoes in half; wash them and deep in cold water. Bring the water to boil. Then transfer the potatoes to the colander and dry a little. Next place them in a stew pan or in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes on dairy butter till golden brown. Put the prepared potatoes in a deep bowl and pour them with meat juice. Season the dish with salt and top it with chopped parsley before serving.
