- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 cup of water
- some ice cubes
- 15 strawberries
- 100 g (3.5 oz) lettuce leaves
Rinse lettuce leaves and slice them thinly. Wash cucumbers and dice them. Rinse a pear, remove the core and chop the fruit. Rinse strawberries and cut them in halves. Put all the prepared ingredients in a blender jug. Add water and ice cubes. Whip everything until smooth. Pour the cooked drink into glass tumblers and serve.
