Cucumber, Parsley, and Lettuce Smoothie

The main ingredient cucumber is not only a good source of vitamin C but it also contains vitamin C.   • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups of kefir
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh dill
  • 55 g (2 oz) lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Wash a cucumber, slice it and place in a blender. Rinse dill, parsley, and lettuce leaves thoroughly. Chop them finely and add to the blender. Then add squeezed garlic. Pour kefir above and season everything with salt. Whip the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the cooked smoothie into glass tumblers. Add black pepper and stir the drink. Decorate the smoothie with a lettuce leaf and serve it at once.
