- 1 cucumber
- 2 cups of kefir
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch of fresh dill
- 55 g (2 oz) lettuce leaves
- 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
- black ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Wash a cucumber, slice it and place in a blender. Rinse dill, parsley, and lettuce leaves thoroughly. Chop them finely and add to the blender. Then add squeezed garlic. Pour kefir above and season everything with salt. Whip the ingredients until smooth.
