Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers
- 300 g crabmeat sticks
- 200 g curds
- 3 parsley twigs
- 30 g eruca sativa
Cooking
Wash, dry, and cut parsley and eruca sativa finely. Combine them with curds, salt, and pepper. Peel and cut cucumbers into very thin slices. Cut crabmeat sticks. Place some curds on the one end of the cucumbers slice, add crabmeat above. Roll the cucumbers.
