Curd baked pudding with pumpkin


  • 250 g of curds
  • 500 g of pumpkin
  • 1/3 glass of semolina
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of sugar of granulated sugar
  • 3/4 glasses of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • salt – to taste
  • caraway seeds – to taste


Peel and cube pumpkin. Fry it on sunflower oil. Combine pumpkin with boiled semolina and rubbed curds. Add 1 egg, sugar, salt, and caraway seeds to the mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease the frying pan with dairy butter. Place the mass there. Float it properly. Grease the pudding with an egg. Bake it in the oven until it gets golden color.

Serve with sour cream.
