Curd fritter with raspberry jam




  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g dairy butter / margarine
  • 1-2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt – to taste


  • 1 kg cheese
  • 250 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g of dairy butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 200 g raspberry jam


Combine flour, dairy butter /  margarine, sour cream, sugar and salt. Knead short pastry. Grease the baking tray with dairy butter. Place the pastry there. Put raspberry jam above. Grind sugar with dairy butter, yolks, cheese, whipped whites, and flour. Stir the ingredients properly. Pour the cooked mass above the jam and bake the curd fritter at 210—220° С for an hour.
