You can use the curds in order to cook dietary sandwiches or ordinary sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- 200 g curds
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely cut dill
- 2 tbsp finely cut spring onion
- salt – to taste

Grate curds and combine it with sour cream, dill, spring onion, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
