Curds stuffed pears



  • 7 pears
  • 250 g curds
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut pears into two parts. Remove the seeds. Pour the pears with lemon juice. Bake them in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Combine sunflower oil, vinegar, and mustard. Then add ketchup, pepper, salt, finely cut boiled eggs, and cut parsley. Mix the ingredients properly. Then stuff the pears with curds. Pour the fruits with the cooked sauce.
