Cutlets with stuffing


  • 500 g of chicken sirloin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 100 g of pork lard
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 3 tbsp of dried breadcrumbs
  • sunflower oil
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Mince chicken fillet and pork lard. Add grated bulb onion, salt, and pepper. Mix everything properly.

Peel, wash and dry up potatoes. Cube them and fry on the sunflower oil. Salt potato and mix it with grated cheese. Mix the ingredients. Make little balls from the mass. Make cutlets from the minced meat putting potato with cheese inside. Powder cutlets with breadcrumbs and fry them on the sunflower oil.
