Dumplings baked with cheese



  • 3 glasses of wheat flour
  • 200 g of cheese
  • 100 g of dairy butter
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of sour cream


Sift flour. Mix it with water and 3 eggs. Knead the dough, roll it, cube and boil in  salty water. Place dumplings on the colander; add minced cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 of melted dairy butter, sugar, sour cream, and salt. Mix everything properly. Place the ingredients in a deep stewing pan greased with dairy butter. Bake dumplings in the oven for an hour.

Cut dumplings into portions and pour them with melted dairy butter before serving.
