Egg and salmon canapé

Ingredients:

  • 10 slices of brown bread (square form)
  • 10 pieces of soft-salted salmon
  • 5 eggs
  • butter/cream cheese
  • 1/2 lemon
  • spring onion – to taste
  • dill twigs
  • red/black caviar

Cooking

Grease the slices of brown bread with butter or cream cheese. Cut a spring onion finely. Squeeze lemon. Boil eggs, peel and cut them in half. Place the cut spring onion on the slices of bread. Put the slice of salmon above. Sprinkle the light bites with lemon juice. Add half of the egg. Decorate the canapé with caviar and dill twig.
