Eggs stuffed with mushrooms

It is a very easy and cheap way to treat your guests with a tasty appetizer.


  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g of champignons
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • fresh dill/parsley – to taste


Peel mushrooms, place them in a pan, and boil until done. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Slice the mushrooms. Cut a bulb onion finely and fry it on dairy butter. Combine the mushrooms and the onion.

Hard boil eggs, peel them, and cut into halves. Take out the yolks, grind them, and combine with sour cream and the mushrooms with onion. Stuff half of the eggs with the filling, top them with mayonnaise and chopped dill or parsley.
