Fast breakfast



  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 0.5 kg ham
  • 150 g cheese
  • 100 g dairy butter
  • 150 ml milk
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste
  • nutmeg – to taste


Cut a long loaf. Grease the slices of bread with dairy butter. Place them in the baking sheet greased with dairy butter. Slice the tomatoes and ham. Place them between the slices of a long loaf. Combine milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Whisk eggs with the prepared mixture. Pour it on the ingredients in the baking sheet. Grate cheese and top the dish with it. Bake the ingredients in the oven until the scrambled eggs are done.
