Ingredients:
- 500 g (17,5 oz) dried fig
- 200 g (7 oz) caster sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 50-55 g (2 oz) walnuts
Cooking
Cut a fig into large pieces. Powder it with caster sugar and pour with lemon juice. Leave the mass for 2 hours. Pour it in a deep stewing pan, bring to boil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Stir the ingredients continuously. Fry sesame seeds. Peel and cut walnuts. Put walnuts and sesame seeds in the pan and mix the ingredients. Cool marmalade and serve.
