Today we are going to cook one of the most delicious and tender Ukrainian desserts. All that we need will be just eggs, milk, powdered sugar, and vanillin. As a result we’ll get amazing treat which is light as air. What is more, the preparation of this dessert doesn’t take much time.
This delightful dessert is good for any time of the year. Don’t hold back to cook it and serve your relatives and friends. You’ll not be disappointed.
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups of milk
- 100 g (3,5 oz) powdered sugar
- vanillin – to taste
Whip whites of the egg until frothy. Combine them with 1/3 of powdered sugar. Bring milk to boil and add the whipped whites. Boil them for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Transfer the whites to serving cups.
Grate the yolks with the remaining powdered sugar and vanillin. Pour the mixture with the milk where we boiled the whites.
Heat the mixture to 80°C (176°F) and then cool it. Top the dessert with prepared sauce before serving.
