Ingredients:
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 1 bulb onion
- 600 g of potato
- 3 tbsp of dairy butter
- 1 tbsp of dried breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp of wheat flour
- black ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Peel and wash mushrooms. Roll them in the dried breadcrumbs, combine with finely cut bulb onion and fry on the sunflower oil. Add fried wheat flour dissolved with broth or water at the end of frying. Then add peeled and sliced potato. Dress everything with salt, pepper. Mix all ingredients and stew. Decorate with parsley before serving.
