Fried Pork with Bell Peppers & Tomatoes

For a satisfying and tasty dinner, serve the fried pork with vegetables. The recipe is an old good idea for those who don’t have much time and need to cook something nutritious to feed their family. This meat dish will be especially evaluated by men for its savour. As a result, we get tender meat with soft peppers and tomatoes. The dish is topped with a piquant sour cream sauce seasoned with garlic and dill. That’s why both the vegetables and pork have an incredible flavor. You can serve the pork as a separate dish or with fried potatoes and a slice of white bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g (1/2 lb) pork
  • 150 g (5 oz) sour cream
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) tomatoes
  • 20 g (1 tbsp) dairy butter
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) bell peppers
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • dill – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Wash bell peppers and tomatoes. Peel the peppers and dice them. Slice the tomatoes. Cut pork into medium cubes. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Preheat dairy butter in a frying pan and fry the meat over medium-high heat. Roll the pork in the foil and place in an oven to keep it warm. Next stir-fry the vegetables.

Rinse and chop dill finely. Peel a clove of garlic and squeeze it. Combine the dill, garlic, and sour cream. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

Take the foil off the pork and transfer it to a serving plate, add the cooked vegetables and combine. Serve the dish with the prepared sour cream sauce.
