Fried potato with sweet pepper and sausage


  • 7-8 potatoes
  • 3 sweet pepper (of different colors)
  • half bunch of spring onions
  • 1 rosemary twig
  • 200 g sausage
  • 1 tbsp dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 50 g sour cream
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Peel potatoes, wash and slice them. Cut pepper and spring onion. Wash rosemary and tear off the leaves. Slice sausage. Heat dairy butter and sunflower oil. Add potato, pepper, and rosemary. Fry the ingredients for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper them. Then add sausage and spring onion. Fry the ingredients for 15 minutes more.

Serve potato with sour cream.
