Fruit “snowballs”

If you didn’t try this aerial and fluffy fruit dessert until now, then you really should cook it. It does not have the taste as common desserts have. Do we intrigue you? Then read the recipe!


  • 200 ml milk
  • 8-10 tbsp jam
  • 2 whites of the egg
  • sugar – to taste
  • vanillin – to taste
  • fruit sauce – to taste


Place the whites of the egg in a fridge for 10 minutes. Separate whites of the egg and yolks. Place the whites of the egg in a big bowl. Whip them until froth. Add jam gradually and continue to beat the mass. After add some sugar and whip again.

Pour milk in a deep bowl and combine with vanillin. Bring the milk to boil and reduce the fire. Take the whipped mass and shape the balls by the help of two spoons soaked in cold water. Pour the balls in slightly boiling water. After 15 seconds turn them over and keep in the milk 10 seconds more.

Place the balls on a sieve to let the milk drain. You should make everything quickly. Do not let the balls stick to each other. Transfer the balls to a plate and pour them with fruit sauce before serving.
