“Golden apples”


  • 4 apples
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 8 dates without stones
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp dairy butter
  • honey


Mix honey, oat flakes, finely cut dates, sunflower seeds, walnuts and ginger.

Washl the apples and remove the core. Fill them with the cooked mass. Place the fruits on the baking tray greased with dairy butter. Pour some water and powder the apples with sugar. Bake them at 180°C. The sugar should melt and get golden color.

Serve the apples chilled or bring them in hot and hot.
