Gourmet meatloaf



  • 2 kg carve pork
  • 300 g ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pears
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 glass of shelled walnuts
  • white wine
  • salt – to taste
  • species – to taste
  • vegetable oil


Rinse the carve pork and dry it. Pour the meat with white wine. Add salt and species (at your choice). Mix the ingredients and let them marinate for 2 hours. Then dry the pork again and cut it into the long strips.

Take half of the walnuts and fry them slightly. Grind the walnuts in a coffee-grinder into a fine meal and combine the mixture with an egg. Add cut pieces of other part of the walnuts, slices of pear and pickled cucumber, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Cut ham into thin slices and place them above the prepared pieces of pork. Add the walnut stuffing above. Roll the meat. Tie it with a help of the kitchen string.

Grease the roll with vegetable oil, place it in a poly bag and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then bake the meatloaf at 180°C for 1 hour.
