Green tomato salad



  • 10 green tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/3 glass walnuts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 little bulb onion
  • 150 grapes (without stones)
  • parsley
  • salt – to taste


Peel tomatoes and cut them finely. Then add chopped walnuts, squeezed garlic, vinegar, finely cut parsley, and salt. Mix the ingredients properly. Dress the salad with sunflower oil. Decorate it with grapes.

Tip! You can serve this salad with baked meat.
