Ingredients:
- 10 green tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/3 glass walnuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 little bulb onion
- parsley
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Peel tomatoes and cut them finely. Then add chopped walnuts, squeezed garlic, chopped onion, vinegar, finely cut parsley, and salt. Mix the ingredients properly. Dress the salad with sunflower oil.
