Ham and olive canapé



  • 100 g of cooked flaky paste
  • 200 g of boiled / smoked ham
  • 120 g of green olives
  • white of an egg
  • parsley leaves


Powder the table with flour. Roll the flaky pastry. Cut it in the squares 2×2 cm. Place them on the baking tray and grease the squares with slightly whipped white. Bake them in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Then cool. Slice the ham thinly and roll the slices. Pin olive, parsley leave, slice of a ham and baked pastry on a toothpick. Make the same procedure with the other ingredients.
