Ham canapé

  • 200 g of ham
  • 30 g of ketchup
  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • 100 g of dairy butter
  • 40 g of carrot
  • 100 g of red sweet pepper
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 200 g of long loaf


Slice long loaf and fry it on dairy butter. Grease the slices of bread with dairy butter, mayonnaise and ketchup. Slice ham and place it above the bread. Cut pepper and grate carrot. Fry the vegetables and put them on the ham. Grate cheese and decorate the canapés with it.
