Herring with marinated mushrooms


  • 500 g of herring
  • 300 g of marinated mushrooms
  • 100 g of bulb onion
  • 100 g of sunflower oil
  • 25 g of vinegar
  • parsley – to taste


Gill a herring, pull out the fishbones and place the herring on a plate. Combine sunflower oil and vinegar. Pour fish with the cooked seasoning and set aside for a while. Peel a bulb onion and cut it finely. Add marinated mushrooms and stir the ingredients. Arrange the in the centre of a plate. Top the dish with parsley.
