Homemade noodles


  • 400 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 g salt
  • 40 g water
  • 50 g dairy butter
  • 100 g sauce


Pour the sifted flour in the form of a hill. Make the deepening. Then add eggs, salt, and water. Knead dough. Roll it with the layer 0.5 cm depth. Slice it into thin strips. Boil the noodles in the big quantity of salted water. Pour out water through the colander. Serve the noodles with melted dairy butter or sauce.
