The most valuable components of a humpback salmon are the polyunsaturated fatty acids. Nowadays their meaning to our health is known worldwide. These components help us to stay young because they protect the body cells from the noci-influence, make our bodies strong, healthy and resistant to environmental effect. Moreover, this pink salmon, cheese, and egg appetizer is very appetizing and nourishing.
- 100 g canned humpback salmon
- 1 egg
- 30 g processed cheese
- 1 bulb onion
- 1/4 glass of mayonnaise
- crackers / hard bread
- culinary plants
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Open the can with fish. In a medium-sized bowl, mash with a fork humpback salmon until very smooth. Boil an egg and peel it. Then grate the egg and cheese. Peel bulb onion and cube it. Combine the ingredients. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix everything properly.
Grease crackers or slices of crisp bread with the prepared appetizer. Decorate the dish with culinary plants.
