Mushrooms and green peas make a good combination together with chicken breasts. Furthermore the dish has a piquant taste while we add soy sauce and lemon juice.
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- a pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp dairy butter
- 185 g (6,5 oz) green peas
- 100 g (3,5 oz) fresh champignons
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Cut chicken breasts into medium pieces. Peel, rinse and slice champignons.
Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with melted dairy butter. Place the meat, mushrooms and green peas there. Pour the ingredients with soy sauce and lemon juice and toss to coat. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Stir everything properly and cover with another piece of foil.
Bake the chicken over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Transfer the ingredients into serving plates and treat your family.
