The cod is very delicate and low-fat fish. Therewith it contains many proteins and vitamins. The cod doesn΄t have small fish bones, so if you have children – they will definitely enjoy this dish.
- 700 g cod
- 200 g carrot
- 200 g bulb onion
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- a bundle of dill
- a bundle of parsley
Cut fish into pieces. Salt and pepper it.
Then cook the marinade. Chop bulb onion and carrot. Stew them slightly. Add tomato paste, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients and stew them for 5 minutes. Cut dill and parsley.
Pour some marinade in a jug. Then add some dill, parsley, and half of the cod. Thereafter pour the marinade again. Place dill, parsley, and the second half of the fish above. Pour 5 tbsp of water and stew the dish for 40 minutes in the oven.
Serve the cod with marinade and vegetables.
