Kyiv pie with cherries



  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 tsp of soda
  • 600 g of sour cherries
  • 1tbsp of dairy butter


Grind sour cream with sugar and add 1 tsp of soda. Pour flour gradually and knead the pastry. Grease the round frying pan with dairy butter, roll the pastry and place it there. Roll the edges of the pastry (as you do it with curd tart).

Take cherries and remove the stones. Lay them on the pastry. You should not leave any empty place. Powder cherries with sugar. Make a net from the thin laces of pastry and place it above the cherries. Bake pie the oven.
