Lavash with fruit stuffing




  • 1 1/4 glass of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 glass of water


  • 5 apples
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of raisins
  • 1 tbsp of walnut
  • cinnamon
  • sunflower oil


Mix flour, salt, egg, and water. Knead the dough. Cover it with humid napkin and leave for 35 minutes. Then divide the dough into the balls and roll each ball in order to get the flat pancakes (lavash). They should be thin.

Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cube the fruits, add cinnamon, sugar, ground walnuts, washed raisins, and lemon juice. Grease lavash with sunflower oil. Place the stuffing above and roll lavash.

Grease the baking tray with sunflower oil. Put the pastry on it. Powder it with sugar. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
